How quickly will I receive my vouchers?
Your vouchers will be made available to you online under "My account" immediately after payment - quickly and securely. Further information on the payment methods and the corresponding delivery times can be found here.
How do I redeem my vouchers?
The redemption depends on the respective voucher. You can find more information on the product pages:

Don't worry, you will certainly get your voucher code or the amount back in such cases.
Due to maintenance work or technical problems, there may be delays with various payment methods.

How can I cancel my PaysafeCard or Abon?
With us you have a 14-day right of return. Only vouchers with a full balance can be canceled.
Cancellation is an exclusive WKV service and is free of charge for you. To cancel, please contact our support team by email at: support@wkv.com.
How can I increase my purchase limit?
Purchase limits can be increased depending on the payment method.

Important safety instructions and current fraud information
Your voucher code is like cash: Never pass on the voucher code by email or telephone.
Beware of fraud!
- Do not pay on online platforms such as eBay or classified ads.
- Do not pay any customs or parcel fees with PaysafeCard. If you are asked to do so, it is always fraud.
- Never pass on the voucher code unless you want to give the money as a gift.
- Fraudsters often pretend to be Microsoft employees. Do not pass on any vouchers by phone or email. Do not enter them into unknown websites either. If you are unsure, please contact us.
- Do not pass on any voucher codes. If you are asked to do so, please contact us.
How secure is my personal information and data at WKV.com?

Where can I find details of my past orders?
You can view your purchased vouchers at any time under "My account". We save your order details and send them to you by email together with our GTCs valid at the time of purchase. You can also view the current T&C here at any time.
How can I delete my account?
